Email addresses left will be cut and pasted into your chart for automated appointment reminders, so please ensure that the information is correct. It may take a up to a few days for information to be updated into your chart.
You will be marked in our system as an 'early confirmation'. This will allow the system to still provide you with up to 2 automated reminders before your appointment date. Please note that as these are computer generated reminders, they are vulnerable to technical issues, so they should not be solely relied upon. It is ultimately the patient's responsibility to remember their appointments.
